We’re not a commercial gym, we’re a private Small Group Personal Training studio giving you expert guidance in a supportive, no-ego environment. Every session is fully coached so you can exercise safely and effectively, with workouts adapted to your level.

Unlike big gyms where you’re left to figure it out alone, our small group sessions provide structure, support, and accountability, helping you get results faster while training in a fun, motivating environment.

NUTRITION MADE SIMPLE

Forget strict diets and cookie-cutter meal plans. We teach you how to make better food choices without giving up your favourite meals or weekend treats. Our approach combines guidance, education, and real-life strategies for fat loss, helping you build habits that last well beyond the 6 weeks.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Most gyms leave you to train alone, but we do things differently. You’ll have weekly progress check-ins, access to a private accountability app, and hands-on support from our expert coaches. Our studio fosters a motivating, welcoming group environment, so you’ll never feel intimidated or unsupported.

Flexible, Small Group Personal Training Sessions

During the 6-week programme, you can attend 2 to 3 fully coached small group sessions per week, with a variety of session times available Monday to Saturday. Sessions take place in Thurles and Cashel, and every workout is tailored to your abilities and goals. These sessions are scheduled within the 6-week programme to ensure consistent progress.

Do I need to be fit before I start?

Nope! That’s literally why we’re here. You don’t need to be fit, experienced, or confident. You just need to be ready to start. We coach you based on where you’re at, not where you think you should be.

What if I’ve tried other gyms and nothing stuck?

We hear this all the time. The difference here is structure, support, and community. You’re not doing it alone. We coach you through every session, check in with you regularly, and help you build momentum that actually lasts.

Is this like a bootcamp or group class?

Nope. This is semi private personal training where you’re supported and coached properly every time. You’ll never feel lost in the back,

What happens after the 6 weeks?

After the 6 weeks , if you love it and want to stay, we’ll chat through your options. If it’s not for you, no stress, no hard feelings.

What if I have an injury or limitation?

That’s exactly why coaching matters. We tailor sessions around you, work with your current state, and ensure that everything you do is safe, effective, and adapted to your body.

What do I need to bring or do before I start?

Just show up in gym gear and bring a water bottle. We’ll take care of the rest, including walking you through everything step by step.

Will I feel out of place if I haven’t trained in ages?

Not here. AOC was built for people who’ve felt judged, overwhelmed, or left behind in other gyms. You’ll be welcomed from day one and supported every step of the way.
