Unlike big gyms where you’re left to figure it out alone, our small group sessions provide structure, support, and accountability, helping you get results faster while training in a fun, motivating environment.

Forget strict diets and cookie-cutter meal plans. We teach you how to make better food choices without giving up your favourite meals or weekend treats. Our approach combines guidance, education, and real-life strategies for fat loss, helping you build habits that last well beyond the 6 weeks.

Most gyms leave you to train alone, but we do things differently. You’ll have weekly progress check-ins, access to a private accountability app, and hands-on support from our expert coaches. Our studio fosters a motivating, welcoming group environment, so you’ll never feel intimidated or unsupported.
During the 6-week programme, you can attend 2 to 3 fully coached small group sessions per week, with a variety of session times available Monday to Saturday. Sessions take place in Thurles and Cashel, and every workout is tailored to your abilities and goals. These sessions are scheduled within the 6-week programme to ensure consistent progress.
